一、岗位概述 作为集团财务部信息化建设的核心产品角色，主导集团快递业务板块结算体系的产品蓝图规划与落地。打通从快递业务账单计费、账单生成、客户对账、发票开具到收款核销的全业务流闭环。 二、核心岗位职责 1. 全链路产品设计与规划（计费→出账→对账→收款核销） 负责快递业务结算系统全流程的产品设计，覆盖标准平台客户账单与个性化大客户账单两大场景： - 计费引擎优化：设计灵活可配的计费规则模型，支撑标准价卡、阶梯折扣、大客户协议价等复杂计费场景，确保计费源头数据准确。 - 账单生成与管理：主导月度/周期性账单的自动化聚合与生成逻辑，支持按客户类型（平台/散户/合约大客户）、业务类型（面单费、中转费、派费、增值服务费，理赔等）进行多维度账单拆分与汇总。 - 智能对账中心：构建双向对账机制，支持客户通过线上化渠道核对账单明细，红冲/调账申请线上化）。 - 收款与核销闭环：设计对接资金系统的银企直连与第三方支付的自动对账与核销模型，支持按账单号/客户编号的自动勾稽，彻底消除“长款/短款”手工挂账风险。 2. 差异化客户账单方案落地 - 平台标准客户：设计标准化、自助化的SaaS账单查询与下载体验，支持批量导出与API接口对接，降低人工客服介入率。 - 集团大客户 ：深入分析头部大客户的财务结算习惯（如账期管理、多级部门分摊结算、混合支付方式），定制专属账单模板与个性化对账报表，提升大客户服务满意度与续约率。 3. 业财一体化的深度拉通 - 梳理业务系统与财务系统（核算/总账/资金）的数据断点，制定业务单据→财务履约凭证→应收/收入科目的自动映射规则。 - 确保结算数据严格遵循集团内控要求与会计准则（如新收入准则），实现业务流、资金流、发票流“三流合一”。 4. 系统推广与组织变革管理 - 负责公司各国结算系统的试点上线、分批次推广及全量切换。 - 输出标准化的SOP操作手册与培训材料，面向全国各区域财务结算人员、销售助理及客服团队进行系统操作赋能与宣导，推动业务侧流程变革。

三、任职资格 1. 学历与专业 - 本科及以上学历，财务/会计、信息管理、物流管理或计算机相关专业。拥有CPA/CMA证书或同等财务知识储备者优先。 2. 核心经验（必备项） - 5年以上B端产品经理经验，其中至少3年专注于财务结算、ERP应收模块或业财一体化领域。 - 必须具备快递/物流行业结算系统从0到1或大型快递公司结算产品项目经验，深入了解快递行业计费模型（面单、重量、体积、增值服务）。 - 精通从“业务发生→计费出账→客户确认→开票→收款核销”的完整财务闭环逻辑。 3. 专业技能 - 懂财务：熟悉会计准则中关于收入确认、应收账款管理的规定，能看懂会计分录，理解税务基本逻辑。 - 懂系统架构：熟悉企业级系统集成方案（API/ESB/数据中台），了解用友NC/Oracle ERP或主流SaaS财务系统（如金蝶云·星空）的接口逻辑。 - 强数据分析：精通SQL或Excel高级建模，具备极强的数据敏感度，能通过数据复盘发现系统隐藏的“脏数据”或“计算Bug”。 4. 综合素质 - 极强的跨部门推动力：能在集团财务部、业务事业部、外部客户、产研、科技部之间顺畅沟通。 - 谨慎细致与抗压能力：具备零容错意识，能在月底/年底结算高峰期高压状态下保持逻辑清晰，确保系统稳定输出。 四、加分项（优先考虑） 1. 有大型快递公司结算系统建设经验。 2. 有RPA（机器人流程自动化） 或AI智能对账工具落地经验。
