一、岗位目标 保障仓储管理系统（WMS）及相关设备稳定运行，确保仓库出入库作业顺畅进行；快速处理系统及设备异常，降低运营中断风险；通过数据分析与仓储系统结合，推动系统优化以提升仓储效率与数据准确率。 二、岗位职责 负责WMS/ERP/BMS/OMS系统日常运维与异常处理 监控系统运行状态，及时排查故障 处理订单卡单、库存异常、接口报错等问题 配合集团系统升级及版本测试 配置PDA、条码扫描枪、标签打印机、电子秤等设备使用 处理网络连接异常（WiFi、局域网、CCTV监控） 指导仓库员工正确操作系统，建立常见问题处理SOP 协助库存数据核对与盘点支持，分析账实不符原因并给出整改建议 输出运营数据报表（库存、出入库、异常单） 协助优化系统流程，减少人为操作失误 对接客户ERP与WMS系统接口 协助排查订单传输异常 支持API对接测试和ERP对接联调 协助新客户系统上线指导和培训 管理仓库IT设备台账 定期检查设备运行状态 管理系统账号权限 保障数据安全及备份机制执行

三、任职资格 大专及以上学历，计算机、信息管理、物流管理相关专业优先 1年以上仓储系统或IT支持相关经验 有电商仓库或3PL经验优先 熟悉WMS系统基本逻辑（库位、波次、批次、先进先出） 了解ERP系统对接流程 熟悉网络基础知识（IP、路由、交换机） 熟练使用Excel数据分析 能使用英文进行日常工作沟通
