1、负责快速深入理解产品需求，精通软件工程、软件测试流程和规范，掌握多种软件测试手段，编写测试需求、测试用例、测试报告，评审用例的能力； 2、深入了解系统结构，有针对性的规划并执行好各项测试工作，包括功能测试、接口测试、可用性评估测试、可靠性评估测试等； 3、开展持续集成测试工作，为团队快速迭代提供质量支持； 4、自动化测试用例维护，确保测试可靠性； 5、跟踪定位客户反馈问题，支撑团队快速做出响应。

职位要求 1、 学历要求：统招本科； 2、专业技能及知识： （1）服务端： 1）具有2年以上软件测试或开发经验，有大型项目测试经验，熟悉软件工程、软件测试理论和方法，熟知相关的测试流程、测试文档标准和软件工程学原理，精通测试用例设计方法，能主动进行技术钻研； 2）有撰写自动化测试工具以及搭建自动化测试平台的实战经验，有自动化测试经验，设计用例并编写代码实现自动化测试； 3）熟练使用linux操作系统，有shell脚本编写能力； 4）有一定互联网公司工作经验。 （2）客户端： 1）有3年及以上的互联网或客户端测试经验，有自动化或工具开发经验； 2）有丰富的客户端软件测试经验，熟悉Android或iOS操作系统，了解平台差异及系统特性； 3）良好的测试思路及case设计能力； 3、工作经历：2年以上有国内物流、WMS系统、国际货代操作或财务相关实务工作经验者优先； 4、 个人特征：工作认真负责，有快速学习的能力，沟通协调能力强，具备良好的表达能力和团队意识。
