1、平台订单接入与管理：负责与各大电商、快递等平台的系统对接，通过订单接入、轨迹回传、履约监控、工单对接等核心环节，保障平台业务的平稳运营。 2、平台合作沟通协调：作为公司与外部平台的主要对接人，了解平台政策变化，搜集业务需求，并协调公司内部的技术、运营、客服等跨部门，共同应对平台合作中的问题与项目需求； 3、产品规划与迭代：主导在平台对接方向的产品规划，收集平台方、内部团队及用户对现有产品的反馈，进行数据分析与需求整理，制定产品迭代计划并跟进实施，不断提升产品竞争力与用户满意度；

1、学历与专业：本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业、物流管理等专业优先，具备扎实的专业知识基础； 2、知识与能力： 1)、能主导用户调研或者访谈，根据用户痛点，挖掘出用户的需求，并实施落地； 2)、熟悉IT产品设计，熟练使用1-2种产品设计工具，能独立完成软件交互设计、原型设计； 3)、善于分析不同用户操作习惯，具有同理心，能深入用户的角色去思考问题； 4)、有物流快递相关工作经验、快速学习能力者优先。 3、工作经历：4年以上物流快递经验，5年以上产品工作经验； 4、个性特征： 1）具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够快速适应工作环境和压力； 2）具备较强的问题分析和解决能力，能够独立处理复杂的业务和产品问题；
