一、全球运营体系搭建与统筹： 1、负责全球云仓网络的全面统筹管理，制定统一的运营战略、流程标准（SOP）与KPI体系； 2、主导搭建全球云仓运营体系，并推动在各国的标准化落地与持续优化； 二、全球团队建设与管理： 1、负责推动全球各国云仓团队的搭建和能力提升，领导并赋能各区域负责人； 2、建立高效的全球运营管理协同机制。 三、培训与赋能： 1、负责对全球各国家业务线相关岗位人员，进行必要的云仓安全管理与运营技能培训，提升前线团队的专业能力和操作规范性； 2、建立常态化的知识管理和培训赋能机制； 四、绩效与优化： 1、通过数据驱动，监控并分析全球运营绩效，主导关键改善项目，提升全网络运营效率与成本效益； 五、系统与风控： 1、主导全球性仓储管理系统（WMS）的需求与落地，确保系统支撑全球业务； 2、构建全球云仓运营风险管理与应急预案体系；

1、本科学历，有10年以上的仓储、物流相关领工作经验（五年以上同岗工作经验）； 2、熟悉B2B、B2B电商运作模式管理经验； 3、熟悉行业内的储物流资源、大型仓储或仓配业务等管理工作，对仓储业务有实际操作和管理经验者优先； 4、熟悉ERP系统及WMS系统，对市面主流WMS系统熟悉并了解者优先，逻辑思维清晰，对新领域的知识具备快速学习的能力； 5、精通云仓管理流程，对仓储、配送流程、库存管理、盘点流程等有很好的理解，能够结合电商供应链设计及实施物流仓储运营方案，有效管理多地仓库运营，创新思维与持续改进，拥有创新思维，不断探索并实施仓储管理的新方法、新技术，推动持续改进； 6、具备较强的运营数据分析能力和运营异常问题解决能力； 7、有良好沟通表达、书面表达能力和谈判能力，有良好的职业素养和职业操守，有较强的团队管理能力和抗压性强； 8、具备英语能力，适应海内外出差。
