1、学历与专业：本科及以上，计算机相关专业； 2、知识与能力： 1） 精通 Kafka、Redis、ES、RocketMQ 等中间件原理与调优； 2）熟悉分布式系统理论，具备高并发、低延迟，系统容灾建设实战； 3）扎实的编程能力（Java），熟悉 JVM、网络、操作系统底层机制； 3、工作经历：5年以上架构经验，3年以上中间件相关工作经验； 4、个性特征：具备系统性思维和强抗压能力，能独立推动技术项目落地； 5、加分项：有快递行业或大厂基架团队工作经验优先。
