1、负责客户信息的搜集与建档，建立并持续维护客户档案。 2、协助销售部门进行客户拜访与调研，整理分析客户信息，识别客户痛点与需求，参与制定以客户为导向的解决方案，推动业绩目标达成。 3、响应客户询盘并协助完成报价与沟通，整合公司资源推广业务，提升客户满意度。 4、协助开展商务谈判，推动合同签订；主动跟进订单进度，及时响应客户操作需求，增强客户黏性与信任。 5、协助跟进应收账款情况，支持销售部门完成回款目标。 6、完成上级交办的其他相关工作。

1、大专及以上学历，1年以上货代行业相关经验；具备实习经验的优秀应届生亦可考虑。 2、具备良好的英语读写能力，熟练操作Word、Excel等办公软件。 3、熟悉国际物流全流程操作，了解海运、空运、快递及FBA头程等主要业务模式。 4、性格开朗，思维敏捷，表达清晰，具备良好的沟通协调能力、执行力及团队合作精神。
