职责表述 1、战略执行与落地：深度参与国际货运业务年度/季度经营规划的制定,拆解并推动战略目标在各国家、各节点的高效落地;建立常态化的业务复盘与策略迭代机制,确保业务增长与利润目标的达成。 2、海外业务支持：负责海外业务一线的赋能与支持,包括但不限于海外销售支持、海外政策解读、本本地化SOP迭代、海外运力管理及突发事件的应急指挥等,提升海外团队的独立作战能力。 3、其他事项：主导重大专项项目的推进,平衡各方利益,解决跨部门协作壁垒,保障整体业务流的顺畅高效。

任职要求 1、工作经验： （1）须具备大型国际物流公司总部背景，有过管理岗任职经历,至少3年以上团队管理经验。 （2）具备销售市场管理经验,但非纯销售出身,需深度参与过公司经营或业务扩张。 （3）具备跨境业务全链路管理经验者优先。 2、知识/技能要求： （1）语言与国际化要求英语可作为工作语言(口语流利、书面沟通无障碍),具备多语言能能力者优先。 （2）能适应高频率海外出差，具备全球化视野和跨文化敏感度。 （3）对业务打法、制度设计、流程建设、总部指导各区域经营有三丰富的实战经验与全局视角。
