1. 岗位职责： （1）全面分析车辆管理过程中的各项成本，制定成本管控策略，设定成本控制目标；持续跟踪降本措施的执行情况及效果，及时调整优化； （2）对合作的维保、轮胎等供应商进行日常管理，定期从服务质量、价格优势、履约能力等维度进行考核评估； （3）负责车辆维修保养费用的全面核算，包括对维修项目、配件价格、工时费等明细的核查； （4）精准核算车辆轮胎采购、更换、维修等相关费用，核对轮胎品牌、规格、价格及使用情况等信息； （5）收集整理车辆年审过程中产生的各项成本，包括检测费、吊箱费等；对年审成本进行深入分析，找出成本波动原因，制定针对性的管控措施； （6）负责车队绩效制定及优化，同时牵头开展全流程监督工作，通过定期数据追踪、指标达成情况分析等方式，确保绩效指标落地执行； （7）统筹系统开发需求梳理与管控，负责各业务模块系统整合集成，跟进落地后使用问题收集、协调优化，保障系统平稳运行；

2. 任职要求： （1）学历与专业：统招本科及以上学历（男女不限），需要出差，接受外派；专业不限； （2）知识与能力：熟练使用 Excel、Word 等办公软件，具备台账建立、统筹能力；具备数据分析能力，能通过维修费用、行驶里程等数据优化管理方案；具备完整汇报逻辑，擅长梳理工作成果、提炼核心数据，面向上级 / 跨部门清晰输出工作进展与方案； （3）工作经历：2 年以上物流行业、车辆管理或后勤保障相关工作经验（优秀应届生可放宽至实习经验）。 （4）个性特征：责任心强，注重细节，能严格把控车辆成本控制；良好的沟通协调能力，能对接供应商、服务商及内部各部门；执行力强，性格开朗、积极主动，具备一定的抗压能力；
