The posting

1. 销售标书支持 负责云仓项目技术标与商务标资料的收集、整理与撰写；按招标文件要求，输出公司资质、运营实力、系统能力、财务稳健性、服务保障等标准化模块内容；确保标书格式规范、可直接提交。 2. 客户需求对接 协助销售团队响应客户招标需求（RFI/RFP），参与KO会议并输出会议纪要；跟进客户答疑、补件及澄清回复，维护客户沟通台账。 3. 投标全流程跟进 管理投标时间节点，协调运营、财务、法务、IT等部门按时提供支持文件（如公司注册证书、银行对账单、财务报表、审计报告、系统接口文档等）；预警延期风险并推动解决。 4. 项目落地协同 中标后协助完成仓库验收、系统对接（WMS/OMS与甲方SAP/ERP联调）、运营SOP梳理及KPI考核表制定；跟进客户签订合同。 5. 数据与文档管理 使用飞书云文档进行项目资料归档、版本管理及团队协作；定期汇总投标数据（中标率、客户反馈、丢标原因）并输出分析报告。

二、任职要求 （一）硬性要求 学历：本科及以上学历，物流管理、供应链管理等相关专业优先 经验：1-3年物流/仓储/供应链行业经验，有销售支持、投标专员、项目助理或B2B商务文档相关经历；有海外仓/云仓/快递物流背景者优先 语言能力：中文流利，英语能读写商务邮件及标书 出差要求：能接受短期海外出差，配合现场投标或客户拜访 （二）核心能力 文档撰写：熟练使用飞书云文档/Word/Excel，能独立输出结构化商务文档（标书、会议纪要、合同修订稿、项目报告）；格式规范、逻辑清晰、可直接粘贴使用 标书制作：理解技术标与商务标框架，能根据招标文件快速拆解评分标准并组织应答材料；有多文档整合及排版能力 跨部门协调：能有效推动运营、财务、法务、IT等部门按时交付支持文件；具备基础项目管理意识（节点跟踪、风险预警） 客户意识：理解B2B客户决策逻辑，响应及时、措辞专业 系统基础：了解WMS、OMS、ERP接口基本概念 （三）软性素质 细致严谨：标书及合同文件零差错，重视格式规范与数据准确性 抗压执行：适应投标截止日高压节奏（如泰国泼水节顺延等节假日管理） 主动协同：销售导向，能快速响应前线需求，不推诿不拖延 学习敏锐：通过实际项目快速掌握东南亚本地仓配规则、各国商务文件要求及平台认证标准 三、加分项 有完整投标项目支持经验（从招标公告到中标通知书），熟悉全流程痛点 熟悉主流ERP系统操作，能快速理解客户系统对接需求 有PPT制作及视觉排版能力，可协助输出销售演示材料 了解东南亚五国公司注册证书、银行对账单、财务报表等商务文件格式，本地化资料准备效率高 有全球云仓大会/行业展会支持经验，具备活动协调与品牌宣传意识
