一、岗位概述 负责各国及集团各业务板块结算方案搭建与落地，支撑对客、加盟商内外部结算全流程工作，协助推进COE跨国横向项目落地。负责结算工作质量管控、数据看板运营及加盟商运力成本稽核，通过精细化运营实现结算提质、降本挽损与风险管控。 二、岗位职责 1. 赋能各国结算业务，输出对客、对加盟商的内外部结算方案，支撑系统计费、结算运营、合同审核等相关工作。 2. 支撑集团各业务板块结算需求，提供专业的结算方案支持。 3. 开展结算质量管理工作，核查各国家、集团各业务板块的结算报价配置及结算运营工作，推动问题整改优化。 4. 搭建加盟商结算成本看板，常态化开展运力成本稽核，校验成本支出的合理性与准确性，落实挽损、降本量化工作。 5. 维护计费线上化率、计费准确率、结算准确率等核心看板，监控各国结算差异及数据异常，持续跟进优化。

三、任职要求 1. 熟悉结算全流程，具备结算方案设计、报价配置、结算对账相关经验，有结算实操经验者优先。 2. 了解快递、物流行业业务模式及结算规则。 3. 具备跨部门沟通协作能力，有产品对接经验者优先。
