1. 重点大学全日制本科及以上学历；商科相关专业； 2. 海外留学或工作经历； 3. 知名投资机构从业经历，完成融，投，管和退的闭环； 4. 5-10年投资、投行、咨询、PE/VC，房地产，基础设施和物流地产等另类资产投资等相关领域工作经验。有完整的项目投资经验，熟悉投资流程及尽职调查方法。有物流、电商等行业投资经验者优先 5. 数理逻辑思维能力强，商业敏感度佳，沟通协调能力强，能适应较高强度的国内国际出差和工作； 6. 自信、热忱、坚持，善于沟通，乐于合作，富有责任感； 7. 有较强的快速学习能力与适应性、良好的团队合作意识。
