一、岗位职责 （一）标准建设与流程优化 牵头搭建统一的仓储作业标准与管理制度体系，为全球云仓运营提供清晰操作准则；结合业务发展需求定制仓储运营解决方案，强力支撑业务拓展。持续推进仓储业务流程精益化优化，通过流程再造、规范升级等方式，提升作业效率，降低运营成本，实现效益最大化。 （二）运营质量管控 对全球仓储网络运营质量负责，围绕库存准确率、订单履约时效等核心维度，搭建科学KPI体系。依托看板报表、数据监控平台实时跟踪指标完成情况，定期开展运营质量分析，推动问题整改，确保运营质量稳定提升。 （三）异常与风险管控 建立健全运营异常及风险识别机制，常态化开展全流程风险排查。针对识别问题牵头制定整改方案，跟进整改进度，保障仓储运营安全稳定。构建全球云仓运营风险管理与应急预案体系，重点完善大促保障、安全生产等专项预案，定期组织应急演练，提升团队风险应对能力。 （四）团队建设与能力赋能 统筹全球云仓团队搭建，结合区域业务特点优化人员配置架构。制定系统性培训计划，面向全球各岗位人员开展云仓安全管理、运营技能等专项培训，通过理论授课、实操演练等多样化形式，提升团队专业能力与操作规范性。 （五）仓网规划与场地赋能 从集团战略视角牵头全球仓网规划建设，结合市场需求、业务布局优化仓网布局；为各云仓提供场地规划、布局设计专业指导，提升空间利用率与作业便利性。 牵头构建集团仓储设备采购资源池，整合优质供应商资源，建立供应商评估、准入及动态管理机制；通过多维度筛选形成标准化采购目录，为各云仓提供统一采购依据，避免资源浪费与标准不统一问题。 主导集团仓储VI标准化体系建设，制定涵盖空间标识、设备外观、人员着装等全方面规范，强化集团品牌形象在仓储场景的渗透传播。 （六）系统优化与适配 深入研究仓储业务场景，针对WMS、OMS、BMS等核心系统开展常态化适配性优化，通过功能升级、流程对接调整等方式，提升系统与业务适配度，为仓储运营提供高效数字化支撑。

二、任职要求 （一）基本要求 本科及以上学历，物流管理、供应链管理等相关专业优先； 5年以上仓储运营管理经验，有总部仓储运营管理经验者优先； 熟悉仓储作业全流程，精通WMS、OMS等仓储管理系统； 具备良好的项目管理能力、团队领导能力与跨部门沟通协调能力； 具备英语听说读写能力优先，能适应跨国跨区域工作沟通。 （二）能力要求 具备精益管理思维，能够通过流程优化提升运营效率、降低成本； 敏锐的风险识别与应对能力，能够搭建完善的风险管控体系； 较强的战略规划能力，能够从集团层面统筹仓网布局与资源整合； 优秀的培训与赋能能力，能够提升全球团队专业水平
