1. 全球应付流程架构设计与内控管理 顶层设计： 负责从集团视角设计并迭代全球应付账款（AP/P2P，采购到付款）端到端流程，覆盖采购、费用、资产、运力结算、供应商对账、付款及凭证等场景。制定全球统一的SOP，平衡各国家/地区本地法规差异与集团管控要求，确保流程标准化、合规化及可落地。 规则与内控建设： 梳理并制定AP关键业务规则，包括应付确认、三单/多单匹配、发票校验、供应商对账、账龄管理、预付款核销、长期挂账清理及付款管控等规则，推动总部管控要求在各国家/地区有效执行。 风险管理： 建立应付账款风险评估机制，针对税务合规风险（如发票合规性、代扣代缴）、供应商信用风险（如预付账款监控）、重复付款及异常付款等进行监控与预警，推动风险事项闭环整改。 2. 跨区域/跨部门协同与问题解决 高阶协同： 作为财务AP端与业务端（采购、行政、人事、运营、法务、税务、资金、IT等）的连接器，协同解决因跨国业务场景、系统边界不清或单据口径不一致引发的复杂应付问题。 财务方案支持： 针对跨境服务费支付、关联方交易结算、运力供应商结算、预付款核销、发票滞后、账单差异等复杂应付场景，站在财务AP视角分析问题成因、判断财务影响，并提出合规、可落地的财务处理方案及优化建议。 资源整合： 统筹协调各海外分支机构，推动应付账款流程在当地有效落地。针对海外特殊场景（如新兴市场支付限制、特殊税务处理、当地发票要求），提供专业财务解决方案。 3. 财务数据分析 编制集团应付账款多维分析报告（按区域、费用大类、供应商、账龄、币种、业务类型等维度），通过对账龄结构、供应商集中度、长期挂账款项、对账差异及付款效率的分析，揭示潜在运营风险、成本节约空间及资金安排问题，为管理层决策提供数据支持。 建立并跟踪AP核心管理指标，包括自动匹配率、供应商对账差异率、长期挂账清理率、付款及时率、异常付款拦截金额、单据处理时效等，形成阶段性、可量化的管理成果。 4. 合规体系搭建 审计与监管应对： 负责对接内外部审计关于应付账款模块的审查，确保相关业务流、发票流、资金流、凭证流及系统数据流清晰可追溯，能够应对集团内控、审计及各监管机构问询。 合规机制建设： 推动AP异常事项台账、风险闭环、权限管控、付款审批及供应商主数据相关内控机制建设，降低操作风险、合规风险及舞弊风险。 5. 数字化转型与系统能效提升 系统优化专家： 基于AP业务痛点，主导或深度参与ERP（SAP/Oracle/用友/金蝶等）应付模块及周边系统（SRM、EAM、PS、费控系统、JMS、业财系统、资金系统等）的升级改造。 系统边界梳理： 负责从AP业务视角梳理各系统边界，明确采购订单、收货/验收、资产信息、费用申请、运单/账单、发票、付款申请、付款执行、凭证生成等数据在各系统中的职责分工和流转规则。 自动化驱动： 负责推动三单/多单匹配、供应商对账、账龄分析、核销、付款管控及凭证预览等功能优化，利用系统规则、RPA、OCR、AI等技术手段减少人工干预，降低操作失误率，提升数据处理效率。

1. 专业素养 学历： 全日制本科及以上学历，财务、会计、金融、审计、管理信息系统等相关专业。 证书： 持有ACCA、CPA、CMA或CIMA等专业资格者优先。 语言： 英语可作为工作语言，具备良好的商务沟通与汇报能力。 2. 核心经验 从业年限： 具备以下任一经验： 7年以上大型跨国企业或大型集团化企业财务工作经验，且其中至少3年以上集团层面应付账款专家岗、P2P流程管理岗、财务共享中心运营优化岗或财务流程内控岗经验； 5年以上大型咨询公司业财融合、财务数字化、财务流程优化相关咨询经验。 项目经历： 有主导或深度参与大型应付账款流程再造、ERP应付模块、费控系统、采购系统、资金系统或业财中台上线/升级经验者优先；或在咨询项目中参与过相关财务流程优化、业财融合、财务数字化项目经验者优先。 业务经验： 熟悉三单匹配、非PO应付、供应商对账、预付款核销、账龄管理、付款排程、发票合规等AP核心流程；有物流、快递、电商、制造等高单量、多供应商、多系统场景经验者优先。 3. 软性素质 协调能力： 具备较强的跨文化沟通能力和跨部门协同能力，能推动多方达成共识并解决问题。 系统思维： 具备业务架构和系统化思维，能够将AP业务规则转化为流程、系统需求和管理指标。 抗压与驱动： 适应快节奏、多变化的跨国业务环境，具备自驱力和抗压能力，能够推动工作落地并形成可量化结果。 4. 其他要求 海外派驻要求： 能够接受集团统一安排的海外出差、项目支持或中长期派驻，支持海外国家AP业务管理、流程优化、系统建设及团队能力提升。
