一、岗位简介 3-5年经验资深体验设计师，要求UI+交互全栈能力，熟练负责移动端、Web端产品全链路体验设计；可独立完成从交互方案、视觉设计到落地复盘的完整工作，兼顾用户体验与业务目标，持续优化产品质感与易用性。

二、工作职责 1. 独立承担APP端、Web端、官网及后台系统的交互设计、UI视觉设计全栈工作，输出原型、流程方案、界面设计及适配方案，保障多端体验统一、流畅美观。 2. 参与产品需求评审，结合用户痛点、业务数据主动优化产品体验，迭代交互逻辑与视觉体系，提升产品易用性与用户留存。 3. 搭建并维护双端设计规范、组件库，统一产品设计语言，提升团队协作与落地效率。 4. 跟进设计开发落地，把控还原度与多端适配效果，完成迭代复盘，沉淀可复用设计资产。 5. 跟进行业设计趋势，结合业务场景落地创新体验方案，优化产品整体视觉与体验质感。

1. 经验要求：3-5年互联网体验设计经验，具备成熟的移动端+Web端全栈设计落地经验，有完整项目迭代案例。 2. 核心能力：具备扎实的交互逻辑梳理、信息架构搭建能力，同时精通界面视觉、版式配色、图标质感设计，可独立完成全流程设计工作。 3. 双端经验：熟悉移动端（APP/H5）、Web端（前台/后台）设计规则、适配逻辑及多端体验差异，具备多端协同设计经验。 4. 技能工具：熟练使用Figma、MasterGo、AI等主流设计工具，精通组件化、规范化设计，了解前端基础适配逻辑，可精准把控落地效果。 5. 综合素养：具备良好的业务理解、需求拆解和跨部门沟通能力，拥有用户思维与业务思维，可独立推进项目、解决体验问题，执行力和抗压能力良好。 加分项：有ToC产品、工具类/后台系统设计经验；具备一定动效设计能力；拥有高质量完整作品集。
