1、算法研发： 参与建设大模型算法、大模型微调蒸馏、深度学习、文本理解、AI Agent、知识图谱，强化学习等人工智能技术与行业领域模型的深度融合，实现相关产品的创新与升级； 2、算法应用：参与建设相关技术在业务场景的落地，包括但不限于智能客服、知识问答、数据问答、AIGC内容生成等； 3、深入跟踪调研大模型以及相关方向（包括但不限于NLP/CV/多模态/Agent/具身智能）等前前沿技术；

1、学历与专业：本科及以上学历，计算机、统计学、数学、人工智能、深度学习等相关专业，硕士or博士学历优先； 2、知识与能力： 1）熟悉并熟练使用目前主流的深度学习框架（例如pytorch或者tensorflow）； 2）熟练掌握Java/Python/Go等编程语言； 3）熟悉深度学习的基本方法，以及常见的视觉/语言模型的基本结构和设计原理； 4）在顶会上有论文发表者、有算法竞赛者以及参与过有影响力的开源项目开发者优先； 3、工作经历：2年及以上相关工作经验； 4、个性特征：做事细致、精确，保持持续学习的态度。
