1. 学历要求： - 本科及以上学历，计算机/物流相关专业优先。 2. 能力要求： -精通产品设计与管理全流程，具备完整系统方案规划和落地能力。 -具备较强的战略思维与业务洞察能力，能够从复杂的业务场景中提炼出关键需求并提出创新解决方案。 -出色的跨地域沟通与协作能力，能够推动产品和业务的本地化落地。 - 具备持续优化的意识与能力，能够引领业务及产品的迭代创新，并推动系统性能与用户体验的持续提升。 -能够接受短期出差。 3. 工作经验： -5年以上物流或相关行业产品管理经验，有快递行业产品经验者优先。 -有财务系统0-1系统经验，业财一体化或财务结算方向经验。 -拥有成功主导大中型项目的经验，具备从0到1的产品设计实施落地能力。
