岗位简介 负责公司数据安全体系化建设，覆盖：数据资产梳理、数据全生命周期安全防护体系建设、数据安全工具日常策略建设及运营，支持数据安全评估相关工作，参与数据安全相关评审及宣导。

岗位职责 负责企业数据资产梳理、数据地图建设，推动数据分类分级、敏感数据识别、打标与差异化管控落地 。 设计并运营数据全生命周期安全防护体系，覆盖采集、存储、传输、使用、共享、销毁，落地加密、脱敏、DLP、水印溯源、细粒度权限、数据库审计、API安全等控制措施 。 负责数据库审计、数据脱敏、密钥管理、数据安全态势平台等工具的策略配置、日常运维、告警处置与规则调优，降低误报/漏报 。 开展数据安全风险评估、合规自查、PIA/个人信息保护影响评估，配合等保测评、关基检查、监管审计及第三方认证（ISO 27001 / SOC 2 等）。 对敏感数据访问、越权调用、异常外发、第三方数据交互、数据出境等场景做风险监测、事件溯源、应急止损与闭环整改 。 参与研发流程中的数据安全评审（需求评审、设计评审、上线检查），推动安全左移；面向研发、业务、运维开展数据安全培训与合规宣贯 。

本科及以上学历，信息安全、网络空间安全、计算机、软件工程、数据科学等相关专业；3 年及以上信息安全/数据安全经验，其中 1–2 年以上专注数据安全方向 。 熟悉数据分类分级方法论、DSMM/DCMM、DAMA-DMBOK、NIST/ISO 数据安全框架，有企业级数据安全治理落地经验优先 。 掌握主流数据安全技术：静态/动态脱敏、透明加密/TDE、RBAC/ABAC、数据库审计、DLP（终端/邮件/网络/云）、数字水印、日志审计、API 监测 。 熟悉关系型/大数据组件基础（MySQL、Oracle、PostgreSQL、Hive、Hadoop、ClickHouse 等）及权限/审计/日志分析；具备 SQL、Python/Shell 脚本能力，能做自动化盘点与检测脚本开发者加分 。 熟悉国内合规要求：《数据安全法》、《个人信息保护法》、《网络安全法》、《网络数据安全管理条例》、等保 2.0、数据出境安全评估 。
