1、负责物流快递自动化设备全流程采购，包含需求分析、策略编制、供应商寻源准入、商务谈判、合同拟定、交付履约等； 2、供应商全生命周期管理：供应商寻源标准、考察标准建立，建立分级机制，定期评估供应商交付、质量、服务水平，绩效考评及应用，持续优化供应商管理体系； 3、成本优化管控：搭建设备品类成本模型，定期分析原材料等波动对价格影响，深入挖掘成本数据规律及对应机制； 4、新设备技术引入：了解行业设备更新动态，及时引入新技术，配合需求等部门进行新设备测试评估及上线； 5、贴近业务，根据业务发展不断优化招采策略，为代理区赋能，助力业务优化和提效。

1、5年及以上物流自动化设备采购经验，了解物流设备组成，本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、能独立完成全链路招采，熟悉端到端采购流程； 3、对自动化设备成本结构有清晰认知，具备成本管控意识，较强的数据分析能力； 4、具备行业调研、品类深度思考能力； 5、成熟稳重，积极阳光，具备良好职业操守。
