全面负责全球采购供应商管理，作为该角色，要有全球视野，洞察市场变化，搭建体系、管理战略供应商关系，提炼方法论，赋能团队。 1. 全球视野与市场洞察：具备敏锐的宏观经济与市场洞察力，能深度研判全球供应链格局、地缘政治及汇率 / 能源政策对供应商及成本的影响；拥有全球化供应商资源池搭建经验，熟悉欧美、东南亚或中东等重点区域的供应商生态及准入规则。 2. 体系搭建与标准化能力：精通供应商全生命周期管理，具备从供应商准入、绩效评估、绩效结果运用到退出的完整体系化搭建经验；强于流程设计与制度落地，能将复杂的供应商管理标准转化为可执行、可考核的操作规范。 3. 风险管理与危机处理：具备丰富的供应商风险识别与管控经验，擅长建立多维度的风险预警机制；有应对供应中断、合规审计、道德风险等突发事件的实战案例，预案制定能力强。 4. 战略供应商关系管理：具备与供应商高层对话的能力，能制定并执行战略合作计划，实现共赢；擅长供应商分级管理与激励机制设计，能有效平衡成本、质量与交付的关系。 5. 项目管理与方法论沉淀：具备优秀的项目操盘能力，能独立推动跨部门、跨区域的供应商专项优化项目；善于复盘与知识沉淀，能将项目经验转化为标准化的方法论与工具包，赋能团队。

1. 本科及以上学历，【8】 年及以上供应链 / 采购相关工作经验，其中【5】 年及以上供应商管理 / 供应商质量管理（SQM）团队经验，供应链管理、采购管理、物流管理、工商管理（MBA/EMBA 优先）等相关专业。 2. 有大型集团型企业或头部跨国公司采购管理背景者优先，具备跨境 / 全球采购经验者优先。 3. 具备强大的组织协调能力与团队管理风格，能打造高绩效的供应商管理团队，建立公平公正的绩效评价与激励机制。 4. 善于与业务端、财务端、法务端及研发端深度协作，推动供应商管理政策落地。 5. 精通采购数字化系统（SRM、ERP）的应用与优化，能通过数据驱动进行供应商决策与分析。 6. 具备高职业操守与廉洁自律意识，抗压能力强，结果导向。 7. 能接受海外差旅或跨国项目支持者优先，英语能力可作为沟通语言，持有CPSM（供应管理专业认证）、CPPM等认证优先。
