1、学历与专业：本科及以上学历，会计、财务管理相关专业全日制本科及以上学历，CPA（注册会计师）优先考虑。 2、知识与技能： ① 知识：熟悉国家各项相关财务、税务、金融、审计法规和政策;熟悉各种账务处理方式及各类税收政策，并熟练地运用于实务; ② 技能：能够熟悉应用财务系统；熟练使用办公软件如excel、PPT，有专业数据分析工具使用技能者优先；英语可作为工作语言, 如外籍伙伴需熟悉中文。 ③ 能力：具备优秀的统计能力和财务分析能力，能够从相关数据中发现和解决问题及较强的成本管理、风险控制和财务分析的能力。 3、工作经历：10年以上财务管理工作经验，具有大型企业全盘管理实操经验，物流财务分析工作经验优先；有海外经营分析工作经验者优先； 4、个性特征：原则性强、具有良好的沟通能力、团队协作精神、分析判断能力、能接受长期驻外工作。
