1、负责总部对代理区时效、质量、考核相关政策要求的落地推进，定向帮扶，对代理区各项质量数据负责； 2、负责跟进代理区质控团队承接总部项目落地执行情况，推进代理区质控及时有效的交付各项工作安排； 3、构建并完善质量提升方法论，涵盖从揽到签全链路快件异常监控、考核、问题解决机制，协调各部门解决跨部门的重大质量问题，推动流程优化，对异常问题进行闭环管理； 4、参与质量改善相关培训课件开发，协助代理区制定质控培训赋能计划，组织代理区职能线的业务知识的讲授工作，提升整体业务水平。

1、学历与专业： 大专及以上学历； 2、知识与能力： 熟悉快递行业操作相关作业流程，能够熟练使用EXCEL、PPT、WORD等办公软件； 3、工作经历：8年以上工作经验，其中3年以上快递经验，具备加盟网络及总部团队管理经验； 4、个性特征：能适应国内出差；逻辑性强，做事踏实认真，对数据敏感，责任心强，出色的沟通及横向协同能力。
