1、负责快递公司产品整体规划、迭代落地与优化升级，熟悉收/发/到/派/签处理全业务链路，支撑快递大网高效运转。​ 2、深度调研网点操作人员、转运中心内场分拣员、末端派件员、网点管理者等一线用户痛点，梳理业务流程，挖掘产品优化需求，输出完整的产品规划方案、PRD、原型图、交互规范，保障产品贴合一线实操场景。​ 3、全权快递物流相关产品的功能迭代与优化升级，持续优化全链路作业流程，，有效降低运营成本、提升全网作业效率与用户使用体验。​ 4、联动研发、测试、运维、运营、业务一线团队，跟进产品开发、测试、上线全流程，把控项目进度与产品质量，及时解决上线后各类BUG及业务适配问题，保障产品稳定落地运行。​ 5、搭建数据指标体系，监控日活、作业时效、操作出错率等核心指标，通过数据分析持续迭代优化产品，驱动业务效率提升。​ 6、跟进快递行业数字化、智能化发展趋势，调研竞品产品功能及行业解决方案，结合公司业务战略，输出中长期产品迭代规划，助力快递大网数字化升级。

1、本科及以上学历，2年及以上快递/物流/供应链行业TO B端产品经理经验，有快递内场、网点、末端派揽、驿站、快递柜等实操产品经验者优先，熟悉通达系、顺丰等快递行业业务模式。 2、熟悉快递全链路业务流程，精通网点操作、转运内场分拣、末端派件履约场景，能够精准捕捉一线作业痛点，独立完成需求调研、方案设计、PRD撰写、原型输出及项目落地。 3、熟练使用Axure、XMind、墨刀等产品工具，具备完整的移动端产品迭代经验，懂基础数据逻辑，能够通过数据复盘驱动产品优化。 4、具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力、项目推进能力，抗压性强，能够快速响应一线业务需求，高效解决产品落地过程中的各类问题。 5、思维逻辑清晰，具备业务拆解能力和产品全局思维，兼顾产品实用性、易用性与稳定性，优先考虑有智慧场站、智能分拣、末端数字化产品经验者。 6、无硬性行业经验者，有物流供应链产品经验、愿意深耕快递行业者亦可择优考虑。 7、能够接受国外短期出差，配合海外业务项目落地、产品调研、版本迭代及本地化适配工作。

加分项​： 1、有申通、圆通、中通、韵达、顺丰等头部快递企业产品经验；​ 2、有PDA端、工业手持设备适配、智慧场站、AI派单、智能分拣相关产品经验；​ 3、具备物流大数据、作业数字化、流程智能化改造相关项目经验。
