1. 目标拆解与追踪：承接总部年度 / 季度经营目标，拆解为各车队月度、周度执行计划；搭建区域经营追踪看板，动态监控指标达成；管控各车队单公里成本预算，对超预算车队触发预警，跟进改善计划落地闭环。 2. 成本深度分析：定期输出周 / 月度区域成本拆解分析，定位成本异常波动根因；建立车队成本横向对标机制，按月发布包含单公里成本、油耗、维保、人效等维度的成本排名，督办末位车队完成改善。 3. 油耗管控：针对 YMS 系统预警的高油耗线路、司机开展专项调查，区分驾驶行为、路况、车辆故障等原因，输出培训、限速、检修等处置指令并推动车队执行；统一审核区域能耗标准变更申请，上报总部，保障标准统一有据。 4. 车辆维保成本管理：审核大额维修工单，单次维修费用超阈值项目，事前评估维修必要性与费用合理性；按月分析单车维修成本，识别高频维修、费用异常车辆与线路，联动车辆管理岗排查过度维修、配件质量等问题。

1. 本科及以上学历，优秀者可放宽至大专；财务管理、统计学、物流管理、交通运输等相关专业优先。 2. 3 年及以上物流运输行业经营分析、成本会计或车队运营支持相关工作经验；拥有区域级 / 多车队数据统筹经验优先。 3. 精通 Excel 高级功能（数据透视表、Power Query、复杂函数嵌套），可独立搭建数据看板。 4. 熟悉车队成本构成（油耗、维保、人力、路桥等），掌握单公里成本、人效、车效等核心经营指标。 5. 具备经营分析报告撰写能力，能够独立输出逻辑清晰、结论明确的分析报告。 6. 较强的数据敏感度，擅长跨车队沟通推进问题整改，目标感强，能够承受业务指标压力。
