1、学历与专业： 1）本科及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、模式识别、自动化、电子工程、数学等相关专业 2）在计算机视觉、深度学习、图像处理等领域有扎实的理论基础或研究背景优先。 2、知识与能力： 1）精通计算机视觉算法（目标检测、图像分割、OCR等），熟练使用Python及深度学习框架（PyTorch/TensorFlow），掌握模型优化与部署（TensorRT/ONNX）。 2）具备算法工程化能力，能解决实际场景问题（如光照、遮挡、运动模糊），熟悉Linux开发及GPU加速优化。 3）熟悉传统图像处理与深度学习结合，有物流行业经验（包裹分拣、条码识别、无人车导航等）者优先。 4）掌握边缘端部署技术（模型压缩、量化），有嵌入式或移动端落地经验者加分。 3、工作经验： 1）3年以上计算机视觉算法研发经验，有物流、仓储、自动化领域项目经验者优先； 2）主导或参与过至少一个完整的视觉项目（从算法设计到上线部署）。 4、个性特征：对技术有热情，具备较强的学习能力和自驱力，能快速适应物流行业的新场景需求。
