1、负责国际快递系统（含订单、仓储、转运中心分拣集包、运输、派件、签收等全流程）的产品规划、需求分析、原型设计、PRD 撰写，能主导全部或者部分产品从 0 到 1 或迭代优化。 2、深入理解国际快递行业业务逻辑，结合公司业务目标，挖掘用户（商家、国际快递员、终端客户）核心需求，输出贴合实际场景、可落地的产品方案，提升系统效率与用户体验。 3、对接研发、测试、运营等跨部门团队，推动产品需求落地，协调解决项目推进中的问题，确保产品按时上线、稳定运行。 4、跟踪产品上线后的运行数据，分析用户反馈，持续优化产品功能，迭代升级系统，适配业务发展及市场变化。 5、关注国际快递行业发展趋势、竞品动态，结合行业政策与区域特点，提出产品创新思路与优化建议，增强产品核心竞争力。 6、配合业务部门，梳理国际快递业务流程，推动系统与业务的深度融合，解决业务场景中的痛点、难点问题。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、产品管理、物流管理等相关专业优先，3 年及以上国际快递 / 物流系统产品经理相关工作经验。 2、熟练掌握产品设计工具（Axure、墨刀、Visio 等），具备扎实的需求分析、原型设计、PRD 撰写能力，能独立完成产品全流程推进。 3、深入了解国际快递行业全流程业务逻辑，熟悉国际快递系统核心模块的设计要点与落地逻辑。 4、具备较强的跨部门沟通协调能力、问题解决能力、逻辑思维能力，能快速响应业务需求，推动项目落地。 5、有责任心、执行力强，具备良好的抗压能力，对产品创新有热情，能主动学习行业新知识、新技能。 6、有跨境物流系统产品规划或迭代项目，能独立应对区域化产品设计难点者优先。
