The posting

1. 战略规划与产品架构：负责集团业财融合相关系统（涵盖财务结算、应收管理、应付管理、资金管理、税务、总账、报表等）的整体产品规划与架构设计，结合快递业务全球发展趋势，制定中长期产品演进路线，支撑集团经营降本增效。 2. 全生命周期需求管理：独立主导复杂业财需求的全生命周期管理，包括需求挖掘、价值评估、方案评审、里程碑管控、上线验收及效果追踪。对需求合理性负责。 3. 跨国家/跨团队协作：指导并赋能各国家公司的IT，统一业财需求管理方法论，帮助各国团队梳理本地化需求，识别潜在风险与机会，提出前瞻性建议，确保全球产品框架与区域适配性的平衡。 4. 业财场景深挖与创新：深入快递业务运营一线（如揽派、转运、结算、成本归属等），识别业财断点与数据孤岛，设计从业务发生到财务入账的端到端闭环产品方案，推动业财一体化与自动化。 5. 复杂项目群管理：作为产品负责人，协同研发、测试、业务方及外部供应商，推动大型跨模块项目按时高质量落地。对项目优先级、资源冲突、风险应对做出高效决策。

1. 学历与专业：本科及以上学历，计算机、财务、信息管理或相关专业优先。 2. 知识与能力： - 精通财务核心流程（总账、应收应付、资金、税务），具备业财融合视角的产品规划与设计能力； - 熟练使用Axure、墨刀等产品及需求管理工具，能够输出高质量的原型、PRD及汇报材料； - 具备数据驱动思维，能利用SQL或BI工具进行基础数据分析，验证产品效果。 3. 工作经历： - 8年以上企业级财务产品管理经验，其中至少5年快递/物流行业或咨询公司业财项目建设经验； - 有主导过跨国/多区域业财系统从0到1或大型重构项目者优先； - 具备技术背景（如开发、数据架构）或财务背景（如CPA、CMA）者优先。 4. 个性特征： - 出色的跨团队沟通与影响力：能够与不同国家、不同职能（业务、财务、研发）的资深干系人高效对话，推动共识； - 强大的逻辑抽象与问题拆解能力：能从复杂的业务乱象中提炼本质，转化为可落地的产品方案； - 高度的责任心与抗压能力：能在快节奏、多任务并行的环境中保持冷静，对结果负责； - 接受短期国际/国内差旅（每年约30%以内），深入区域一线调研。
