岗位职责 1、搭建并优化培训体系，结合物流行业特性与公司战略，设计覆盖管理层、职能部门及一线员工的全层级培训框架，确保培训与业务需求精准对齐； 2、主导培训需求调研与分析，开发标准化、可复制的课程内容，涵盖新员工入职、岗位技能、管理能力、企业文化等核心模块，沉淀优质教学资源； 3、统筹线上线下混合式培训实施，搭建并运营内部讲师团队，规范讲师选拔、培养与考核机制，提升整体授课质量与效果； 4、建立培训效果评估闭环，通过数据追踪、学员反馈等方式优化培训方案，推动培训成果转化为实际业务绩效； 5、支持公司人才发展计划，参与关键岗位继任者培训项目，助力干部梯队建设与员工职业成长。

任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、教育学、心理学或物流相关专业优先； 2、5 年以上企业培训工作经验，具备物流、供应链行业培训经验者优先； 3、具备独立课程开发能力，能熟练运用现代化教学工具设计可视化课件与实操指南； 4、拥有优秀的沟通协调与项目管理能力，能联动多部门精准识别培训需求，高效推动培训项目落地； 5、持有 TTT、CPTM 等培训师认证者优先，具备数据敏感度与培训效果评估优化能力； 6、认同极兔 “本分、分享、责任” 的核心价值观，能适应快节奏工作环境，具备较强抗压能力。
