1. 方案设计与审核：参与集团和国家公司自建、定制及改扩建工程项目设计，负责电气、消防、弱电监控等方案设计及审核工作。 2. 设计进度管理：负责内外部沟通协调，及时跟踪施工图纸设计及审图进度，确保设计任务按节点高效交付。 3. 过程管理：对自建、定制及大型改扩建项目进行设计巡检，完成意见输出，并跟踪整改结果；协助项目经理协调各参建单位，保障项目顺利推进。 4. 设计变更审核：负责第三方设计图纸以及设计变更审核，及时优化设计方案，控制变更率。 5. 设计资料管理：负责设计类资料的归类、汇总、存档；设计标准化文件的制定及优化。

1. 学历及专业要求： 本科及以上学历，电气工程、自动化等相关专业优先；有一级建造师、注册工程师证者优先。 2. 工作经验要求： 有6年及以上的设计院或甲方项目全过程工作经验，精通施工工艺；熟练掌握图集、规范、政策法规等文件；有物流地产经验优先。 3. 海外项目经验：参与不低于2个海外工业项目的设计工作；了解当地报批及设计深化审核流程； 4. 通用知识与技能： 精通AutoCAD等专业设计软件；熟练使用office办公软件；英语听说读写流利，能作为工作语言； 5. 素质要求： 具有高度的责任心及主动性，出色的沟通协调能力、团队协作能力、执行力、书面及制图表达能力
