（1）运力战略与规划： 根据公司业务战略与网络规划，制定中长期航空运力发展战略。 分析市场趋势、运价波动及竞争对手动态，为运营决策提供前瞻性输入。 规划并优化全球/区域航空网络结构（如直飞、包机、客机腹舱的搭配）。 （2）运力采购与供应商管理： 负责与航空公司、货运代理、包机商等运力供应商的谈判、签约及关系维护。 建立多元化的运力采购渠道（长期协议、包机、临时采购等），构建稳健且有弹性的运力池。 管理供应商绩效，定期进行评估与优化，确保服务质量和合规性。 （3）运力运营与调度： 负责日常及高峰期航班计划的制定、舱位预订与动态调整。 实时监控航班执行情况（起降、舱位利用），处理延误、取消等异常事件，并启动应急方案。 与地面营运团队紧密协同，确保“空-地”交接顺畅，实现舱位资源利用最大化。 （4）成本管控与数据分析： 监控并分析航空运输成本，在保障运营目标的前提下，持续优化单位成本。 建立运力使用效率、准点率、成本效益等核心数据看板，进行精细化管理。 为网络规划、定价、预算等提供精准的运力成本数据支持。 （5）合规与风险管理： 确保所有航空运输活动符合国际、国内及航空公司的各项法规与安全要求。 识别并管理运力相关的风险（如供应商集中度、地缘政治、燃油价格波动），制定应对预案。

1. 学历与专业：本科及以上学历； 2. 知识与技能： ①熟练使用各类办公软件和系统，能很好进行各类数据分析表格呈现及问题解析措施跟进的文档展示； ②英语能作为工作语言优先； 3. 工作经历： 5年以上工作经验，3年以上快递行业运力管理相关工作经验； 4. 个性特征： ①较强的责任心和抗压能力，能接受海外出差； ②较强的沟通协调能力和项目推进能力。
