1. 系统推广：产品推广与用户培训：通过邮件、飞书、会议等渠道开展产品亮点功能宣传，基于公司系统产品功能制定用户使用手册（操作手册、FAQ），针对新功能组织专场培训及考核，跟踪培训后用户活跃度变化，优化培训策略 2.产品体验优化：建立并维护核心系统使用指标体系，持续监控关键用户行为数据。深度分析用户操作路径，识别低效环节（如表单提交超时、高频报错点、完成率低的任务）及瓶颈。基于分析结果，协同产研团队，提出并推动界面、交互或流程的优化方案。 3.产品迭代协同：策划并执行用户调研（如问卷、焦点小组、用户访谈），系统化收集产品使用痛点、需求与建议。分析、整合用户反馈，输出高质量的产品问题报告与改进建议，明确优先级与影响范围。与产研团队紧密协作，推动用户反馈在产品迭代路线图中的落地，跟踪问题修复与需求实现进度。 4.问题处理：响应和跟进处理国家科技反馈的系统问题工单，建立“问题收集→处理→分析→预防”的全链路工单管理机制。 5.运营复盘：定期组织系统运营复盘会议，基于指标体系、用户反馈、工单数据等，客观评估系统运行健康状况、用户体验及目标达成情况；整合分析结果，撰写并输出系统运营分析报告，总结成果、发现问题、提出优化建议，为管理决策和后续运营规划提供数据支持。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、信息管理与信息系统等相关专业优先。 2. 知识与能力：文档输出能力强，具有较强的跨团队沟通能力、问题分析能力、数据分析能力；擅长应用AI及自动化解决效率问题，精通使用飞书等协作工具；熟悉快递业务操作流程，有快递业务系统的工作经验优先。 3. 工作经历：5年以上系统运营/产品运营相关工作经验，有快递、物流行业从业经验者优先考虑； 4.核心能力要求： 1）业务理解与流程优化： 深入理解快递业务核心流程（揽收、中转、运输、派送、客服），精准定位国家科技反馈的问题，识别系统瓶颈并提出优化建议，推动运营效率与用户体验双提升。 2）数据敏感与分析能力： 精通用户行为埋点设计与数据采集逻辑，搭建系统健康度监测指标体系；通过多维数据分析异常根因及业务趋势，驱动运营策略调优与系统迭代决策。 3）沟通协调与推动力：高效协同国家科技、极兔产研，精准传递业务需求与解决方案，整合资源推进跨部门协作，确保关键问题闭环与优化项目落地。 4）文档编写与知识沉淀： 输出标准化操作手册、功能推广指南等文档，系统性沉淀科技知识库，推动经验共享与团队能力复用。
