· 业财数据对接与质量管控 制定集团业财对接标准，确保各国业务系统与财务系统的应收数据准确、及时、合规。 组织对接国家的业财数据一致性检查，识别差异根因，推动系统或流程优化，减少手工干预。 · 端到端应收流程监督与断点修复 监督对接国家从出账、对账、差异调整、开票、收入计提、回款到入账核销的全流程，输出流程断点地图。 针对断点（如对账周期过长、回款认领滞后等）提供标准化解决方案，推动本地化落地。 确保各业务系统应收数据与总账入账数据一致，建立集团级根因分析与整改机制。 · 关键流程赋能与合规留痕 协助对接国家搭建坏账计提与核销流程、理赔冲减流程，确保操作在系统中审批留痕、可追溯。 提供流程模板、操作指引及培训材料，赋能国家财务团队实现标准化作业。 · 报表分析与逾期改善 定期收集各国应收报表（账龄表、回款预测表等），形成集团级应收分析报告。 对逾期款项进行根因分析，区分系统、流程或人为原因。 跨部门推动改善措施落地，并跟踪闭环效果。 · 系统化与标准化建设 协助结算团队及各国财务，推动线下操作转为线上标准化流程，提升对账、开票、核销的自动化率。

  • 学历与专业资格：本科及以上学历，持有中级会计证书。
  • 工作经验：5年以上财务工作经验，其中至少3年应收账款管理、财务流程优化经验；有跨国企业或物流/快递行业背景者优先。
  • 专业能力：熟悉应收账款全流程及常见问题处理；具备流程梳理与制度编写能力，能独立输出SOP及制度文档。
  • 工具技能：精通Excel；掌握SQL或Power BI者优先。
  • 语言能力：英语听说流利，可作为工作语言进行跨国沟通与文档编写。
