1.教育程度及专业要求：本科及以上学历，市场营销、经济管理、物流、国际贸易的专业； 2.工作经验：7年以上国际销售及销售管理经验，其中至少3年及以上国际销售管理经验； 3.知识/技能要求：熟练掌握海外市场情况，以及各国国际业务政策，精通LTC从线索到回款全链路管理的技能，并能有效的通过系统管理落地执行 4.个性特征：结果和团队领导力强：能拉通多职能部门及代理区，找到市场机会，并协同作战，获取市场及解决内部冲突。
