职位描述： 我们正在寻找一位经验丰富的后端开发工程师，加入我们的核心算法平台团队，共同构建和优化高性能、高可用的机器学习基础设施平台。您将负责设计、开发和维护支撑公司AI业务的核心服务，同时有机会能够学习AI前沿知识和参与公司核心Agent平台和AI应用构建。 岗位职责： 负责机器学习平台相关服务的设计、开发与维护。 参与平台核心模块的性能调优、稳定性保障和架构演进。 与算法、BI紧密合作，理解并高效支持其工程化需求。 持续探索和引入业界先进的工程实践与技术，提升平台整体效能。

熟悉 Java、Go 语言，深入理解其并发模型、内存管理机制，并具备性能调优的实际经验。 熟练掌握 HTTP/gRPC 服务开发，拥有微服务架构的实战项目经验。 熟悉 Redis 的使用，了解其集群模式，并能进行合理的缓存方案设计。 熟悉 Kafka 或其他主流消息队列系统，深刻理解生产者/消费者模型及其应用场景。 加分项： 对 NLP（自然语言处理） 领域有接触或了解，知晓 Tokenizer、Embedding 等概念及其与模型的关系。
