岗位定位 负责全球转运中心全链路数字化产品体系架构设计，打通“人员-设备-场地-质控-运营-操作”六大业务域，支撑集团总部、国家总部、代理区、转运中心四级用户精益管理与智能决策。

岗位职责 - 产品架构规划：主导产品整体架构设计，抽象通用业务能力，统筹演进路线，平衡标准化与可配置性。 - 需求洞察与转化：深入一线场景挖掘痛点，协同业务方设计数据产品与预警机制，主导核心业务规则的标准化。 - 系统落地与迭代：负责MRD/PRD评审，推动自动化设备、中心视觉AI、可视化等子系统集成与数据互通。 - 跨团队协同：赋能国家产品经理，输出标准化最佳实践。 - 项目推动与决策：强推动力拉通业务与研发，主导关键节点决策，确保版本按期交付及业务价值验证。

任职要求 基本条件 - 统招本科及以上，5年以上B端产品设计经验，有大型转运中心/分拨系统从0到1经验优先。

专业能力 - 精通转运中心核心作业流程及管理逻辑 - 熟练使用UML、DDD进行业务建模 - 熟悉指标体系建设，能定义数据埋点并指导BI看板设计

软性素质 - 极强的抽象归纳能力，能提取通用产品能力 - 优秀跨部门推动力，平衡紧急需求与长期健康度 - 能适应海外出差

加分项 - 快递头部企业转运中心系统产品经验 - 熟悉自动分拣设备集成方案 - 有中心OEE、OPE精细化管理产品经验
