1. 负责全球范围内外包人员全生命周期管理，涵盖入职、转正、调岗、离职等全流程，制定标准化管理规范，确保外包人员用工合规、流程顺畅，保障外包团队稳定高效运行。 2. 统筹全球外包人员考勤管理工作，制定适配不同地区、不同用工模式的考勤规则，监督考勤数据的收集、核对与统计，及时处理考勤异常，确保考勤数据准确无误，为薪酬核算提供基础支撑。 3. 负责外包人员计时、计件薪酬的核算与发放全流程管理，核对工作量、工时等基础数据，精准完成薪酬核算，协调财务及相关部门，确保薪酬按时、足额发放，提升外包人员满意度。 4. 制定并优化全球外包人员管理相关制度、流程，结合业务发展需求和不同地区用工政策，完善外包用工管理体系，提升外包用工效率，降低用工成本。 5. 管理全球外包用工风险，包括用工合规、数据安全、行为规范等，熟悉不同国家/地区外包用工相关法律法规，具备风险识别和防控能力，避免用工纠纷。 6. 协同业务部门、外包供应商及内部相关部门，对接外包人员管理相关需求，及时解决外包人员管理过程中的各类问题，保障业务顺利推进。 7. 定期梳理外包人员管理数据，分析管理痛点与优化空间，提出改进方案，持续提升全球外包人员管理的规范化、精细化水平。

1. 本科及以上学历，人力资源相关专业优先，具备8年以上人力资源相关工作经历，且有丰富的全球或跨区域外包人员管理经验。 2. 熟悉人力外包全流程管理，精通外包人员考勤管理、计时计件薪酬核算等核心工作，能独立处理外包人员管理中的各类实操问题。 3. 具备快递行业相关工作经验者优先，如快递员、转运中心外包人员等，了解快递行业外包用工特点、业务流程及管理需求，能快速适配行业场景开展工作。 4. 熟悉不同国家/地区人力资源相关法律法规及外包用工政策，具备较强的合规意识和风险防控能力，能有效规避外包用工风险。 5. 数据敏感度高，具备较强的数据分析和处理能力，能通过数据核对、分析优化管理流程，提升管理效率。 6. 具备良好的跨部门、跨区域沟通协调能力，逻辑思维清晰，执行力强，能承受一定的工作压力，适应全球外包管理的工作节奏。 7. 具备良好的职业素养和责任心，做事严谨细致，能妥善处理外包人员管理中的各类突发情况，保障管理工作有序推进。
