1. 负责财务结算、财务核算、业财等其中一个或多个类系统模块，能够独立完成财务系统的需求管理工作，包括需求整体性规划，需求方案评审，监控需求研发计划，参与需求验收测试等； 2. 能够理解用户需求并提出预见性建议，引导用户对需求价值进行合理性评估，合理控制需求的范围，验证需求实际价值等； 3.能够基于集团及各国家公司的系统现状及业务痛点，着眼于全球业务，规划系统产品工具，为集团业务经营降本增效。

1、学历与专业：本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先； 2、知识与能力： 1）具有扎实用友NC及NCC产品实施经验，具备产品规划能力； 2）能够熟练使用办公软件及产品需求管理工具等； 3、工作经历： 1）5年以上快递行业财务系统（结算、核算等）的产品管理经验； 2）有技术背景者优先； 4、个性特征： 1）良好的沟通能力，能够与研发人员、业务人员进行有效沟通； 2）良好的逻辑思维能力； 3）具有团队合作精神和较强的抗压能力； 4）能够接受短期海外出差。
