1. 根据系统建设需求，基于用友NCC平台进行财务相关模块的设计、开发与实施，确保架构的合理性、可扩展性及高可用性；深入理解财务业务流程，确保系统满足业务合规性与准确性要求； 2. 负责核心技术问题的攻关，系统性能优化；解决开发过程中的技术难题；持续改进系统架构；制定并推动代码规范，保障代码质量； 3. 主导或参与系统技术选型、架构设计与演进规划，引入创新技术和解决方案，确保系统前瞻性和可持续发展； 4. 负责系统开发过程的技术评审工作（如代码审查、设计方案评审等），把控技术质量与规范落地； 5. 制定相关技术开发规范，编写清晰、规范的技术文档；抽象和封装通用功能模块与API，提升技术复用率和开发效率； 6. 为团队带来创新的技术和解决方案，对现有或未来系统进行高阶规划；

1. 全日制本科及以上学历，通信工程、计算机、软件工程、信息技术等相关专业毕业，软件工程专业优先； 2. 具备6年以上的用友NCC财务产品线（如收付款管理、总账、费用控制等）的实际开发或二次开发经验；对财务业务逻辑有深入理解者优先； 3. 扎实的Java基础，精通Java EE (或 Jakarta EE) 及相关生态、数据库、缓存、消息队列、索引等核心技术； 4. 精通Linux常用命令、网络协议；具备JVM、Tomcat、Nginx等中间件的性能调优与故障排查能力； 5. 精通Oracle数据库原理、性能调优与高可用方案；熟悉MySQL或其他主流关系型数据库者优先； 6. 具备优秀的学习能力、沟通协调能力和解决问题能力；工作积极主动、细致严谨；具备高度的责任心、自驱力和上进心。
