职位描述： 技术架构规划与演进 负责集团OA系统（基于泛微E9及自研模块）的整体技术架构设计，制定并推行技术标准和规范，确保架构的先进性、稳定性和可扩展性。 主导OA系统向微服务架构演进的可行性分析与落地，推动核心模块的服务化解耦，为集团智能供技术支撑。 核心系统开发与难点攻坚 承担核心业务功能（如流程引擎扩展、门户集成、异构系统数据同步等）的代码实现与技术攻关，解决高并发场景下的技术难题。 负责OA系统与物流、财务、HR等内外部系统的接口层设计与核心代码Review，确保数据交互的准确性与高效性。 系统性能优化与稳定性保障 主导搭建系统健康度与性能监控体系，定期组织压力测试，针对JVM、数据库、缓存、接口等层面进行深度调优。 快速响应并解决生产环境中的各类技术故障（如服务宕机、消息积压、响应超时等），建立问题根因分析机制，持续提升系统可用性（目标99.99%）。 研发团队管理与技术赋能 指导并带领开发团队（含内部及外部合作方）完成需求拆解、技术方案设计和代码交付，负责核心代码的质控与评审。 沉淀并输出《系统技术运维手册》《故障排查SOP》及《接口开发规范》，定期组织技术分享与培训，提升团队整体技术水位。 新技术探索与自研推进 结合集团业务发展，探索AI（大语言模型、智能体等）、低代码等新技术在OA场景的应用落地，驱动办公智能化升级（如智能审批、文档自动摘要、流程自动分发、智能问答助手等）。 主导AI能力与OA系统的深度融合方案设计，包括但不限于：AI接口选型与封装、Prompt工程优化、知识库挂载、AI服务的高可用部署及成本控制。 对现有泛微E9平台进行深度定制，或主导推进下一代自研OA平台的技术预研与原型搭建。 基于用户行为数据与系统监控数据，识别架构层面的薄弱环节，主动推动技术方案的迭代升级。

职位要求： 学历与专业 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、信息技术等相关专业优先。 技术能力 核心必备：精通 Java 编程语言，深入掌握 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud 及相关生态组件（如Gateway、Nacos、Sentinel等），具备微服务架构设计与落地经验。 数据库与中间件：精通MySQL/Oracle等关系型数据库，具备SQL调优与数据库集群运维经验；熟悉Redis、RabbitMQ/Kafka等中间件的使用与调优。 系统调优与排障：具备出色的线上问题排查与性能优化经验，能熟练使用Arthas、JVisualVM等工具进行JVM分析、线程诊断及慢SQL治理。 AI技术能力：熟悉主流大语言模型（如通义千问、文心一言、GPT系列等）的API调用与集成模式，了解RAG（检索增强生成）、Agent（智能体）、Prompt Engineering等基础技术原理；有AI应用落地（如智能客服、知识库问答、自动化流程处理等）实践经验者优先。 经验背景 8年以上Java开发经验，其中至少3年以上OA或大型企业级系统的技术架构经验。 精通泛微E9平台的技术架构（包含二次开发、接口扩展、数据模型等），深度参与过2个以上大型集团OA项目的全生命周期建设。 加分项：具备OA系统自研经验，或有从0到1搭建OA类产品的技术负责人经历者优先；有AI Agent或LLM应用落地项目经验者优先。 综合素质 出色的跨团队技术沟通与协调能力，能清晰向业务方和非技术人员阐述技术决策。 具备强烈的Owner意识与抗压能力，能在复杂多任务场景下快速定位问题并推进解决。 对新技术保持热情，有技术前瞻性，能结合业务场景合理引入合适的技术方案（含AI技术）。
