1、OA系统日常运维： 1）处理OA系统用户咨询，完成流程配置/权限调整等操作； 2）监控系统运行状态，定期进行健康检查； 2、OA系统需求实施： 1）独立完成表单搭建、报表开发等标准化需求； 2）协同部门产品完成补丁更新及数据迁移工作； 3、OA系统知识管理： 1）维护《系统常见问题Q&A》知识库并持续迭代； 2）制作新员工使用培训材料； 4、OA系统产品支持： 1）提供产品培训和支持，确保用户能够充分使用产品功能； 2）基于数据驱动决策，持续优化产品性能和用户体验；

任职资格： 1、学历与专业：本科及以上学历，计算机科学、信息技术、商业管理或相关专业优先。 2、知识与能力： 1）熟悉OA系统及相关技术，精通流程表单的配置开发，具备较强的产品设计和需求管理能力； 2）能精准复现用户描述问题； 3）了解MySQL/Oracle数据库基础运维，熟悉SQL和JS脚本编写； 4）有较强的文档编写能力； 3、工作经历：3年泛微系统维护经验，深度过进行业务流程配置工作； 4、个性特征： 1）具备服务意识，具备强烈的责任心和团队合作精神，有同理心 2）具备创新思维和解决问题的能力； 3）能够在快节奏的环境中工作，适应多任务处理。
