【任职要求】 背景经验：统招本科及以上学历，3年以上甲方OD或HRBP经验； 专业能力：熟练掌握组织设计、岗位设计、职级体系设计的方法论； 项目推动：善于诊断和定义问题，形成问题解决方案，并能通过沟通表达，及时影响协同方，推动结果达成； 综合素质：具备较好学习能力，愿意深潜理解业务，对于变化持开放心态，愿意与业务、协同方共同成长。
