1. 产品战略规划 制定OMS产品发展路线图，结合公司全球化战略和业务发展需求，制定3-5年产品规划 深入理解跨境电商、物流供应链、订单履约等业务场景，挖掘用户痛点，定义产品边界和核心价值 跟踪行业趋势和竞品动态，进行市场调研和竞品分析，制定差异化竞争策略 建立OMS产品指标体系，通过数据驱动产品决策和持续优化

2. 订单全生命周期管理产品设计 负责订单从创建、处理、拆分/合并、智能分配、履约跟踪到异常处理的完整生命周期管理 设计适配运输、仓储、关务、跨境物流等多场景的一体化订单管理方案 构建多语言、多币种、多税率的国际化订单处理能力，支持13个国家的本地化需求 设计订单智能路由算法，综合考虑库存位置、地理位置、物流成本、配送时效等因素

3. 系统架构与核心功能建设 主导OMS系统架构设计，包括订单中心、库存中心、商品中心、促销管理、供应商管理等核心模块 设计全渠道订单接入方案，支持与各大电商平台（TikTok Shop、TEMU、SHEIN、Shopee、Lazada等）、ERP系统的API对接 构建灵活的规则引擎，支持订单自动审核、风控检测、促销匹配等复杂业务规则的配置 设计实时库存同步和分配机制，避免超卖，提高库存周转率

4. 跨境物流订单管理 深度对接跨境电商业务需求，设计跨境订单的清关申报、税费计算、轨迹跟踪等特殊处理流程 建立跨境订单异常处理机制，包括海关查验、退货、换货等逆向物流处理 设计多国语言的订单管理和客户通知系统，提升全球客户体验 支持货到付款（COD）、代收货款等本地化支付方式

5. 云仓业务整合 整合极兔云仓业务，设计仓储订单与运输订单的协同流程 构建OMS与WMS（仓储管理系统）的深度集成方案，实现订单出库、库存同步的实时联动 设计多仓调拨、库存共享、库存预警等高级库存管理功能 支持头程、海外仓、退件转运等云仓特色业务场景

6. 项目管理与跨部门协作 主导OMS相关项目的全生命周期管理，从需求分析、产品设计到开发测试、上线推广 协调研发、测试、运维、业务、客服等多方资源，建立高效协同机制 制定项目计划，管理项目优先级、排期和风险，确保项目按时按质交付 组织产品上线后的用户培训、文档编写和问题响应，确保产品顺利落地

7. 数据分析与持续优化 建立OMS运营数据分析体系，监控订单处理效率、系统稳定性、用户满意度等关键指标 通过用户反馈和业务数据分析，持续发现产品优化机会，制定迭代计划 推动系统性能优化，提升高并发订单处理能力，支撑公司业务快速增长 建立产品迭代的A/B测试机制，数据驱动产品决策

任职要求 学历与专业 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、物流管理、供应链管理、电子商务等相关专业优先 具备扎实的专业知识基础，了解现代软件架构和数据库技术 工作经验 5年以上B端产品经理经验，其中3年以上OMS/订单系统相关产品经验 有物流、快递、跨境电商、供应链管理等相关行业经验者优先 具备从0到1主导OMS系统或重要模块建设的成功经验 有大型分布式系统、高并发系统设计经验者优先

任职要求： 订单管理领域：深入理解订单全生命周期管理，熟悉订单拆分/合并、智能路由、库存分配等核心流程 跨境电商知识：熟悉亚马逊、Shopee、Lazada、TikTok Shop、TEMU等主流电商平台的订单模式和接口规范 物流供应链：了解物流、仓储、关务、运输等供应链关键环节的协同机制 技术理解：具备基本的技术理解能力，能与研发团队高效沟通技术方案可行性 工具技能：熟练使用Axure、Visio、XMind、Figma等产品设计工具，能输出高质量产品原型和PRD文档
