1.体系搭建与标准制定：①制定客户问题的受理、处理、投诉、理赔等流程标准及管理制度，完善服务运营体系。②关注同行业竞品发展，研究服务发展路径和模式，持续优化服务流程，提升服务效率。 2.客服业务运营:①基于业务运营中的问题，主导管理工具优化、跨部门的沟通协调，督促问题改善措施的落地与业务目标的达成。②负责 BPO 的统筹管理，持续优化管理机制，在保障业务高质量发展的同时，有效降低 BPO 人力成本。③负责全网理赔业务的成本管理，优化理赔规则和审核流程，推动前端业务改善降低理赔发生，提升客户体验。 3.降本增效：①主导服务模式优化及智能化工具建设（如智能客服、自动化派单、RPA 工具等），制定项目计划并推动上线。②通过流程优化或工具引入，提升作业效率，降低人工成本，并输出可复用的项目经验。

1.教育程度及专业要求：本科及以上专业； 2.工作经验：8 年以上客服 / 服务运营经验，有呼叫中心、工单运营、互联网、物流（快递）等行业从业经验者优先。 3.知识/技能要求：精通呼叫中心运作流程及客诉处理机制；具备跨领域专业视野，能主导制定专业标准或体系。工单或者理赔方向为主，一线客服或BPO管理经验。 4.核心能力项：决策能力、逻辑思维、成本意识、创新能力、跨部门协作能力
