1、监控体系搭建与优化 ①覆盖快件全流程：根据业务发展需求，搭建并优化集散点及网点快件收、发、到、派、签收各环节的监控体系，通过系统数据管控与可视化管理，提升整体管控效率；同时持续完善网点收派员管控体系，助力全网收派员服务水准提升。 ②涵盖网络发展维度：依据公司业务规划，搭建网点开关并停转、能力建设及标准化形象的监控体系，设立预警机制，保障网络整体操作质量与品牌形象统一。 ③涉及经营安全领域：围绕网络整体经营需求，搭建涵盖网络政策、四费结算、应收账款的监控体系及监控面板，通过数据分析保障网络经营的安全性与稳定性。 2、指标与经营管理 ①指标优化与提升：协助指导集散点及网点梳理优化快件全流程、网络发展及经营相关指标的考核逻辑，督促并指导各单位开展指标分析，制定改善方案并落地，推动整体指标提升与操作服务质量提高。 ②经营与发展推进：督促指导全网网点推进标准化建设、自动化升级、三方驿站合作及末端揽派支撑工作，保障代理区日常经营重点指标（如应收账款）的有效管理，助力达成公司既定目标。 3、综合能力培养方向 该岗位作为总部网络管理核心人才储备，将系统学习网络操作管理、网络发展管理、网络经营中心等多领域核心业务，通过实战历练，逐步具备统筹网络全链条管理的综合能力，为未来承担网络管理核心职责奠定基础。

任职要求： 1、教育背景：统招专科及以上学历，物流管理、供应链管理、工商管理等相关专业优先，具备扎实的专业知识储备。 2、工作履历：8 年及以上相关行业经验，需具备加盟制快递行业网络管理经验，或连锁加盟模式下的服装、餐饮行业渠道拓展与管理经验，熟悉加盟体系的运营逻辑与管理要点。 3、专业素养：优先具备网络规划、运营管理、网点标准化操作、网络发展策略制定等多维度复合专业能力，能够从全局视角把控网络全链路管理。 4、管理能力：拥有 5年及以上团队管理经验，擅长团队搭建与人才培养，具备出色的资源整合协调能力及跨部门沟通推进能力，能高效推动复杂项目落地。 5、综合素养：认同公司核心价值观，具备强烈的协作精神、持续创新意识及全球化战略视野；具备一定的地域灵活性，初期优先安排在国内总部培养任命，未来能够接受国内跨区域或海外工作调动安排。
