主要负责J&T 快递及相关综合分析及财务管理，包括预算管控、财务分析及经营绩效等。具体工作： 1. 搭建分析体系，包括现有管控工具优化及线上化，梳理分析管控工具系统逻辑，实现手工分析工具系统化；搭建新的分析管控工具，形成体系化分析框架； 2. 统筹全面预算工作，包括全面预算启动培训及编制全流程工作，以及代理区的预算预测工作（包括年度预算的编制、预算执行分析、日常滚动预测等）、资金计划的编制及总部职能部门费用预测管控； 3. 统筹经营国家公司绩效，包括经营指标拆解，输出月度经营分析报告，多维度输出问题点，给出改善建议及举措，并推动改善经营； 4. 统筹国家公司日常管理报告，确保整体及代理区报表的及时性和准确性，包括但不限于日报、快报、月报等；每日跟进整体变动情况，月度收入报表各纬度分析报表。

1. 学历与专业：本科以上学历，英语口语可以作为工作语言 2. 知识与能力：熟练使用Office，会SQL数据库、PBI工具更佳。具备系统逻辑梳理、系统线上化能力。 3. 工作经历：6年以上财务工作经验，有预算分析、系统线上化工作经验；有快递或物流行业工作经验，有上市公司工作经验优先考虑； 4. 个性特征：认同极兔文化，积极主动，综合素质高，逻辑思维能力强，表达清晰，跨部门沟通能力强。
