项目交付管理 - 作为项目核心负责人，主导SAP财务模块全球相关国家的实施与交付，制定项目计划、里程碑与验收标准 - 统筹项目资源，协调内部团队、外部顾问与技术开发团队，确保项目按时、按质上线 - 管理项目风险与问题，及时预警并推动解决 需求管理与产品设计 - 负责SAP S/4HANA财务模块（FI/CO/MM/SD等）的需求调研与分析，将业务痛点转化为可落地的产品方案，输出PRD及原型设计 - 主导财务系统功能设计，确保方案符合财务核算逻辑与公司业务管控要求 跨团队协同 - 与集团财务、国家财务及各国业务部门保持紧密沟通，推动需求对齐、方案评审与系统落地 - 对接外部实施伙伴或咨询公司，协调资源、把控交付质量 - 协调生产、运维团队，确保系统平稳切换与上线后稳定运行 系统优化与运营 - 持续跟踪系统运行数据与用户反馈，推动功能迭代与流程优化 - 制定财务系统使用规范与操作手册，组织培训推广，提升系统覆盖率与使用深度

硬性要求 - 本科及以上学历，财务、会计、信息技术等相关专业优先 - 5年以上SAP实施经验，其中至少3年以上SAP S/4HANA财务模块实施经验；完整主导或深度参与过2个以上大型ERP项目全生命周期（需求→上线→验收）；有全球化项目实施经验 - 精通FI（总账、应收、应付、资产会计、银企直连）及CO（成本中心、利润中心、内部订单等）核心模块 - 具备财务基础知识，理解中国会计准则/IFRS及财务核算逻辑 - 有PMP或同等项目管理资质优先 软性要求 - 结果导向：善于拆解目标、制定计划并推动落地，抗压能力强，能在复杂项目中保持交付节奏 - 跨团队协同能力出色：能与财务、业务、技术等多方有效沟通，推动跨部门协作 - 逻辑清晰：结构化思考能力强，能将复杂业务需求转化为清晰的产品与交付方案 - 善于复盘：对项目经验有沉淀意识，主动总结最佳实践并推动团队能力提升 - 高度的责任心与抗压能力：能在快节奏、多任务并行的环境中保持冷静，对结果负责 - 接受短期国际/国内差旅（每年约30%以内），深入区域一线调研
