1、负责Kubernetes集群的精细化管理，确保集群的高可用性、稳定性和性能； 2、持续优化资源调度策略，利用技术手段提升资源调度效率、资源利用率，并优化集群性能； 3、开发并维护Kubernetes Operator，提升容器化应用的自动化管理能力，优化生命周期管理； 4、负责多集群管理的技术方案设计和实践，确保跨集群资源调度和服务发现的高效运作； 5、深入分析容器化应用的瓶颈和故障，制定并实施有效的性能优化方案，保障生产环境的稳定运行； 6、主导容器平台新技术的架构演进，推动容器化技术的持续创新和实践。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上SRE或容器平台相关工作经验； 2、精通Kubernetes核心机制（调度、网络CNI、存储CSI、RBAC等）； 3、熟练开发Kubernetes Operator，具有丰富的自动化运维经验； 4、具备大型分布式系统架构经验，能够根据业务需求制定高效的Kubernetes集群优化方案； 5、具有灾备策略设计和多集群管理经验，能够有效提升跨集群资源调度、故障恢复和管理效率； 6、具有丰富的故障排查和性能优化经验，能够有效提升集群稳定性与资源利用率；

加分项： 在开源社区或云原生相关社区有突出贡献或参与的经验者优先。
