1、负责J&T全球TMS运输管理和车队管理产品建设，重点推进产品标准化建设，根据不同国家业务规则，抽象共性和差异性，结合关联系统做好产品顶层架构设计。 2、具备出色的协调能力，协调各国业务、科技、产研等相关部门，严格把控产品设计、研发进度、交付质量与实际落地效果。 3、具备敏锐的市场洞察力和前瞻性思维，深挖业务痛点，结合大数据、AI算法，探索运输智能化落地路径，推动全局运输降本增效，持续迭代产品提升行业核心竞争力。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、物流工程、供应链管理等相关专业优先。 2、5年及以上物流、快递或运输行业产品相关工作经验，熟悉运输管理产品整体实现过程和生命周期；有跨国物流/运输系统搭建、整合经验者优先。 3、逻辑清晰，较强的拆解问题、解决问题能力，具备系统架构设计能力。 4、具备出色的跨部门协同能力，能适应在不确定性、高度压力的工作环境中自我驱动，结果导向，按照既定目标交付结果。 5、思维开阔，乐观开朗，高度责任心，细致认真，善于团队合作。
