1. 负责多模态大模型（包括但不限于 LLM, VLM,VLA,视频生成）的前沿技术研究、算法设计与开发； 2.持续跟进前沿大模型技术，负责多模态大模型的pre-traing、PEFT、RLHF、持续学习等关键环节的研发与优化； 3.研究和开发模型的perception、understanding、reasoning、多模态特征对齐等核心能力，提升模型对物理世界和指令的理解与执行能力； 4.撰写高质量技术论文或技术报告，参与学术与行业交流，分享研究成果；

1.计算机科学、人工智能、自然语言处理、计算机视觉等相关领域的硕士或博士学位； 2.精通 Python 编程语言，具有扎实的深度学习基础，熟练掌握至少一种主流深度学习框架（如 PyTorch, TensorFlow, Flax 等）； 3.深入理解 Transformer 架构体系，熟悉 LLM 和 VLM 的基础原理和常见模型（如 GPT 系列, Llama 系列, ViT, CLIP, LLaVA, QwenVL 等）。 4.具备大规模模型预训练、PEFT、RLHF的实际项目经验； 5.在模型perception、understanding、reasoning、多模态特征对齐等一个或多个方向有深入研究或实践经验； 6.具备极强的工作热情和创造力，对所从事的工作有使命感，善于团队合作； 符合以下一项或多项条件者优先考虑： 1.在视频生成、VLA、端到端自动驾驶领域有深入项目经验； 2.在顶级 AI 会议/期刊（如 NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ICCV, ACL, EMNLP 等）发表过高影响力论文，或是知名开源项目的主要贡献者；
