1、负责机器人关节的电机、减速器、传动装置等子系统的高度集成设计，确保产品的高效能和稳定性。 2、负责行星减速机、丝杠等传动装置的设计与开发，参与减速机与电机、刹车器、编码器、驱动器、力矩传感器等核心部件的方案设计与选型。 3、负责行星齿轮系统、锥齿轮系统、谐波减速器等传动装置的设计，进行结构优化与性能提升。 4、负责零部件图纸、组件图纸、生产标准、作业指导书、工艺流程图、DFMA（设计制造可行性分析）等相关设计与生产资料的编制和管理。 5、参与样件的制作与试制，协助调试与组装，并解决试制过程中遇到的技术问题。 6、与供应商沟通，提供技术支持，解决产品开发、制造过程中出现的技术问题，确保设计方案的可制造性和可装配性。

1、机械设计、机电一体化或相关专业本科及以上学历。 2、至少5年以上相关领域的产品开发经验，具备减速器、机器人执行器或类似产品的量产经验者优先。 3、熟悉机械原理、机械加工工艺、材料、表面处理等相关知识。 4、精通至少一种3D设计软件，具备零部件三维建模与工程图设计能力。 5、熟悉减速器、齿轮、轴系、壳体等零部件的设计与制造工艺，具备一定的有限元分析、受力分析及数据计算能力，能进行设计优化与性能仿真能力。
